I ran jom on 2 A4 avants I found over time they sagged bad on the rear to the point where even at the highest setting was far too low, in the end binned them and went for eibach proline springs sits a lot nicer 2 years on, no issues

This is on the lowering springs

Thanks for the info I think I'll give them a try. Do coilovers fit as normal or do you need to change any mounts etc?

Fit as normal.

Easy enough if your pinch bolts come out easy

If not I would set aside a day to do the front and rears

don't go near those pinch bolts, that's just asking for bigger problems if they haven't been touched for sometime, there is no need to either as you can do the swap without touching them, done my three times and never had to put a spanner/socket near them.
JOM's are ok but wont last as long as better items , you pays your money and takes your choice.

I only do 1200 miles a year and I tip toe round pot holes. I know we get what we pay for and DPM wouldn't sell them if they were crap.

I agree for your usage they will be fine, but for longer term usage and for a better ride quality then go for maybe AP coilovers etc, not much more but very good.
That said , driving around on a brick would be better than s-line sometimes.lol

I put the JOM coilovers on my B6 - work quite well but did find that the rears needed to be adjusted right to the end of the thread to achieve a ride height that leveled the car after the fronts were adjusted where I wanted them. I was thinking of getting some solid alloy blocks machined up to extend the range a bit.

JOM Suspension

As Rob says, you pays your money..........
