Check the pedestrian warning thing (can't think of the proper name?!?!), mine was set to come on too early (didn't even know I had it at the time), anyway it slammed the brakes on when it thought a woman was going to walk out in front of me! I thought I'd hit a trailer or something the noise it made! I set mine to the middle setting and it's been fine since.
Also just touch the roof light above your mirror!!!
As for the washer fluid bottle, that's a game of hide and seek until you know where it is lol.

lol yeah, I never thought of mine until it was due its first service and I thought I'll get the locking wheel nuts out and leave them on the seat....then I was like "Come to think of it I've never seen them"
I looked in all the normal places and nothing!!! It's in the same spot. Not too long although it was purely by fluke that I found it. Checked the usual spots with ni luck then decided to pull everything out of the boot. No good if you're short, as the tab to pull is right behind the back of the seat!!!
