Do you get a warning light on your dash with your number plate light? I did with mine so changed to an earlier version but its not as bright. Definitely prefer the brighter look with the Ibis white

I didn't get a warning light when I changed bulbs. I actually bought a can bus bypass thing but never used it. Will be selling maybe October as I'll have had the car 3 years by then, unfortunately I'm looking at a Bmw as nothing in my price range from Audi really grabs me.

It's one from the newer 8v A3, the old one was a bit saggy which is a common problem with them. Looks a lot better though.

Might try with the brighter LED's and no canbus, see if that makes a difference. Ah nice, would be worth seeing a comparison between Audi and BMW. It normally comes down to driving style on which people prefer.
