Wrong comparison to start with. You cannot compare C63 (S or not) with an RS6. C63 should only be compared against RS4/5. For RS6 the equivalent in its class is an E63.

I must admit if I was asked to choose between a C63 or an RS4 I'd always pick C63 purely because of its engine, looks and the sound. RS4 both B8/8.5 and B9 are just too bland imho. They lack character and I don't find them appealing, at all! I still prefer a B7 RS4 over B8 & B9. And I know I might already have annoyed a few forum members here by saying what I have just said .

Between an E63 and RS6, well there is no comparison in my eyes. An RS6 all day long.

If you are considering the 0-60 being the only criteria then RS4/5 will beat a C63 all day.

My old man current has a Jaguar F 2WD S so it’s hitting 60 in the same 4 sec mark.

Think he wants a more practical car ideally estate in form. This might be added to the list of potentials.

. I wouldn't either to be honest. Although I quite like the looks of a C63 (oh, and its sound off course), my S4 is quite capable of beating it (and all the others I have mentioned) in a straight line. And I don't care if someone overtakes me after the legal speed limits - its all about who gets there first
