You could learn more about the episode by simply watching the season trailer.
This thread is for discussion of the individual episodes, and while I agree its not advisable to post the detailed plot of an episode immediately after it has first aired.....I wouldn't be surprised to learn certain details about an episode by reading here before I watched it.
As it is anything I have learned here prior to watching has just made me want to watch it even more.
I 'try' to be careful what I post in here as I don't want to spoil the episode for anyone who hasn't seen it yet

As good as The Grand Tour is i'm more looking forward to "Still Game".
Amazed with the Panda. Went all the way with two off roaders.
Loved the part where they made Hammond truck stuck in ditch and then used it as bridge. Twice

Definitely the highlight of that episode, awesome looking car and quicker than a 911 GT3 Rs - Price was a stinger though.
Price is definitely a stinger. It is a lot of money for that power - you can get an RS6 for half the price and it would do the same 0-60 in .3 secs slower. However, you spend another £5-£6k on the RS and you are looking at Project 8 beater for still half the price.
Having said that, I still love the wide body kit and the CF body lining on the Project 8. It is a really cool car...

Just watched episode 5 with above about Jim Clark inThe Jim Clark tribute was interesting.....I never realised just how good he actually was.
Wow sort of makes Hammy look a bit of molly coddled teenager (ooppss sorry he already was / is lol)

And unlike say an Aventador could be a practical everyday car like any other SUV.....although the S in this case would stand for Supercar. I would definitely have one if my numbers come up.....but wouldn't even consider an Alpine because there are far better cars for 51 grand!
I've been thinking a lot about the Jim Clark tribute since I watched it yesterday....so will probably go back and watch that part again. I was very familiar with the name, but like I said I never realised just how much of a legend this guy was. Even Fangio rated him as the best driver.
A point in the tribute I found especially interesting is that when he went to compete in the Indy 500 as a previous Formula 1 world champion, they made him take a rookie drivers test.....then he went on to win the race!
He also won the Formula 1 title for the second time in the same year.....the only driver who has ever done this.

Just started watching it and the donkey thing I thought was a joke. Its not!!!! Feel a bit sick now
The trio previous show is starting this week as well.
I feel like this season has gone downhill after first 2 episodes.
Hope next episode will bring back the modjo for me

Now I’m up to date with the latest episodes I must say I think this has been the worst series.
The very first episode was good and was a promising start to the series.
From then on it’s been very hit and miss.
I really do hope the second half does improve dramatically.

Well, I thought the Mongolia special was great. Maybe the best episode of the show so far.
Just watched this weeks episode, not someone I thought I’d see getting all emotional on tv but it is an end of an era. Top gear/ grand tour has been the only program I’ve made sure I watched every week and I will miss the current format.
I was quite shocked in how emotional Clarkson was!
Although not sure why as they’re still doing specials for Amazon. When he was on the Jonathan Ross show st the weekend he said they were going to be filming a special in the next few weeks.
Can’t remember 100% but think it was Vietnam so hopefully more to come

Apparently in express interview, Clarkson said he never got to say proper goodbye after his sacking. He worked with them for over 20 years.
