Sent off my finance docs with license as recorded delivery today. VWFS will receive these tomorrow;

How long after you have sent the finance docs have people got delivery dates etc?

Also has anyone received the £5k in there bank yet?

I received and sent my finance docs on Tuesday. Paid deposit yesterday and car being delivered tomorrow morning.
The £5k was dealt with by dealer

On another note, insurance quotes for the 2.0/150 TFSI seem to be about £200 more per year for me than the previous 1.4/150 TFSI. Hmm...

Also can anyone remember the old emissions figures on the original spec engine? If I’m correct, it’ll cost me a little more to tax this one too.

Yes I have seen this, insurance up around £100 over the old 1.4 but I managed to haggle and saw most of this back

Yep I'm still waiting. I've given up chasing as they can't give me any firm dates. It'll come when it comes is my approach.

If yours goes the way that mine did then there’s a chance yours is actually already built, but then I’d imagine the tracker is now “live” as they were hiding some of the delays before. Fingers crossed you get yours soon

Out of curiosity, how long after your tracker went to "in transit" did you have to wait?

So - after my delivery yesterday where I rejected the car due to a back end knock - it is possible I will get the car back today.

Seems there is a common issue of rear suspension 'bump stops' requiring re-seating after the car is transported. Fingers crossed, this is the reason - anything more fundamental and I will not be happy.

Advice to all - take the car for a quick drive before accepting it. Audi really do need to up their game when it comes to performing thorough PDI's!!!!

Ok so i contact my dealers and advised they 100% come with the car, they kept saying they dont, they went to check for me and would you look at that? There they were in the glovebox!!! They will put them on for me when they deliver my car on Thursday
