Suspension options

I've a 2003 Avant 1.9tdi sport with lowered sports suspension. I'm thinking of changing to a higher softer ride...is this an option?

Are they the original dampers ?

Hi Gaz, i think they may well be. Looking back through paperwork i dont see any shock replacements, its at 127,000. Think changing them would make some difference?

Definately , they start going soft after 60K , giving a worse ride quality .

Some incorrectly think they need replacing only when weaping .

Bilstein B4 is my OE recommendation .

Cheers for the info, have had a search for suitable B4s but struggling to find a suitable set for a 1.9tdi 130 sport.Any pointers?

Hi Gazwould,where did you get the part numbers? I'd like to look up the part numbers for my Quattro. She has a snapped coil and will need a new set for mot. Sorry to thread pinch. Thanks.
