Managing my 'Special Destinations'

It looks like Audi has changed their website and I'm having a tough time find the location where I can manage my special destinations. MyAudi says: "The new myAudi architecture makes it easier to use. It is the basis for a number of new features and services. Changing the underlying technology also means that some familiar features are not available at the moment".

Anyone else?

Yeah, can't do anything really from the website anymore.

It mentions that the functions are "on", but that is it

Also from Google maps desktop version, I can't use the "send to mobile" button to send a destination to the car.

Exactly! That's what started me on this path. Thanks for confirming. I'll have to moan to the dealership or send an email.

I just sent an email to Audi UK. See if they respond and with what nonsense.

I know the Audi App says its down for mainteance, but the rest of the website been like this for a while. I rarely use the features, but find it annoying when its just not working when it should.
 
I either send destinations with the phone app or through google maps...
 
From Audi UK ... not really sure why they are using another account ......

The Digital servicing has been removed from the myAudi account for an update; we have been advised that this could take up to eight weeks at least. We currently do not have a date of when the digital servicing will be available again, we can only ask for your patience in this matter.

I have spoken to our Audi Connect Specialist on your behalf and, they have advised that we are currently experiencing technical difficulties google maps. Our Audi Connect Support Team are working on a fix. We currently have no date for when the issue will be resolved, therefore they have recommended that you use a different email address to register for an myAudi account.

I do apologise for any inconvenience that the above may be causing.
