When accelerating hard through the gears in dynamic mode it sometimes jolts hard when shifting into 3rd gear. Is this normal?

Yes mine does it too, only on launch, it seems to slam really hard into 3rd
Only since it’s been mapped, I put it down to the extra torque, I’ve got mrc stg1 on mine 654nm

I feel jolty gearchanges in 1st, 2nd and 3th gears when accelerating fast, start and stop situations in traffic are painful because I hear and feel clunks all the time, when off throttle and then on throttle again I have to be very smooth with it otherwise it seems the gearbox will destroy itself, feels terrible, the Golf R was nothing like this.
This gearbox is starting to annoy me to the point that I'm not enjoying the car as much.

Check there’s not a mount loose or broke, it shouldn’t be as bed as your saying unless somethings not quite right, can also get a dogbone Mount which helps
Ok thank you, will tell that to the Audi dealer. It seems like the gearbox is moving too much and maybe that could be the problem.
