Navigation Stuck Initialising

early morning 90 mike run to Heathrow airport yesterday. I knew there were overnight roadworks on M4 that would last till 7am (highways agency), which would affect our journey. So was looking forward to use of the nav and google maps that’s pretty good in these scenarios.
Only, Nav was stuck at 11% initializing in MMI ... never managed to load during the entire journey. Anyone seen this ? ( several stops for on/off to see if it kicked into life). It also prevented CarPlay or AndroidAudo from loading too....

I've had it b4 . If you switch it to normal maps not Google then it will work

Just experienced this and the 3 button trick mentioned by vibeup resolved it. Thanks!
