Just putting this out there for opinions........
Why not create a private head to head league too?
I do it at work and it introduces a different dimension as we all play each other for points (3 for a win, 1 for a draw etc) rather than just overall score.
Again, happy to create it and issue the code?

I played the head to head league last year, and it’s good if your team had a poor start, you still have a good chance of pulling your way back to the top.

I played the head to head league last year, and it’s good if your team had a poor start, you still have a good chance of pulling your way back to the top.

Good for a bit banter too, as everyone playing "knows" each other
