At the risk of being accused of heresy on a car forum, why not spend it on her? Maybe a piece of high quality jewellery?

Agreed !! Why would you spend it on a wife, when you could spend it on something that you genuinely love, and gives you the greatest pleasure ?? :tongueout:

Defiantly a big brake kit, maybe one of the RS set ups and then some new wheels.

RS style grille (or actual RS4... you'll have to excuse me I'm not very familiar with b8's but I love honeycomb grilles so whatever site/model you can pinch one off).

Recaro Pole Position seats (leather, alcantera or coloured whichever matches your interior).

Aero rear difuser (again bit lost with b8's but basically the one with spikes on the bottom).

Front splitter.

Eibach springs.

... can't think of anything else as it's an S4 :playful: if it was an SE A4 their would be loads of cosmetic upgrades

Convert them into Euros, put them in a tin marked "next car fund booster" and place in a deep hole in the garden, then after Brexit has been and gone, dig that tin up, convert back to "lots more" pounds Sterling - and marvel at your achievement?

I also have a white car and you have to be careful adding black parts to it. Too much colour contrasting parts and it looks like your trying too hard and it ends up looking like a Zebra. I put a gloss black honeycombe grill on and went for gloss black rings after trying OE chrome rings for a bit.

Ive actually ordered carbon fibre rings i can always change if not happy plus my ducktail is carbon fibre

Gone for this grill. Ordered black rear s4 emblem but struggling find new s4 emblem for front honeycomb grill as i want the letters in black ...

Have you considered investing that money rather than spending it? You could double that in a year and treat yourself to an even more upgrades. Probably not what you want to hear but thats what id do.

Double it in a year... Please tell me more... I consider I'm doing well if I get more than 7% a year...

As others have said please elaborate, put my cash in a few pots and the majority haven't worked out.

Lol ive been in stocks and shares and daytraded for over a year... this is a site about audi fanatics who love there cars. .. let's stick to that and leave the investment crap aside.. i might as well not bought my car and got a diesel if am to put the 3k away like a goodboy :)

I agree with that sentiment. To buy my S5 in 2015 I sold some shares. Those share are now trading at 10x what I sold them for. Of course if I'd have bought the car on PCP instead, those shares would undoubtedly be worth 10% now. Life's like that isn't it? But spending money on our love of cars is never wrong is it?

Just bought a honeycomb grill ..does anyone know if my s4 badge will be removable or best just buy a new s4 badge specific to fit new grill. There 2 diff on ebay but just slightly different..

The badge will be removable but I suspect that you'll need a new one anyway because the fixing method has to be different doesn't it?

Going on holiday in less than 2 week got my local guy picking my car up day after i leave installing front rs4 grill spraying rear diffuser black .. just arranging fitting of my my H&r springs

Spin the charger as fast as is safe(ish) 24,000 RPM is reasonable.get those ponies released,ya know the ones that Audi tried to tame.
Run the 1/4 & shame those feckers who want to try you

I was behind an 8V S3 yesterday. He went off like a missile, only to be passed by me in my old S4 6MT :)
He got me back though, when i slowed down :rockwoot:
