I hoping to get rid of my r32 and get ab7 RS4 cabriolet as a summer car/toy. Going through the forum there doesn’t seem to be many threads on these on here, are they not as good as the avant/saloon is handling affected in the cab? They seem to be rare compared to the avant and saloon which is why I’m leaning towards one instead of the saloon

They aren't as well thought of as the saloon/avant. They suffer with a bit more wobble and are heavier due to steel being used in the wings/bonnet rather than aluminium.

They are worth less because of it and are harder to sell, jeez, sorry about the doom and gloom!

Well that would explain why there’s not many compared to saloon/avant
I would rather know now than before I got one ha
I take it the steel panels are to try and keep it rigid

Still worth test driving one, nice way to hear the V8.

Yeah tbh I was thinking since they are the only RS4 cabriolet then in a few years they might hold the money better, if I did get a cab it would be in storage 6-8 months a year
but could be a clue why their isn’t any other model RS4 cab’s
