The service history for my S3 was showing up in the myAudi app up until today. I rang My local Audi dealer to book in for a brake fluid change today and while I was on I got them to update their records to match my personal registration plate. Could this be the reason for the service history no longer showing?

I was on the myAudi website today and it’s a bit of a mess. There’s a Beta version running as well as the old version and neither of them are showing my service history or warranty details. In other words, I think it’s an IT issue.

Cheers, i was hoping it was an IT problem and me changing the reg was just coincidence

I think it's linked to the VIN so the reg number change should make no difference. I changed my reg soon after buying the car and the service history did work until the recent IT "upgrade" at Audi's end.

I have paper copies of the history and there’s no reg on them just the VIN so hopefully you’re right

Nothing for me either on the app or either site. Used to be there. Site is so crap

Which app are you guys using? I have the red newer app and its fine for me. Also, can you guys log in online instead of the app to check? if the app is in beta stage then perhaps its better to check the website as that will be more stable and clearer indication.

I have the red app version and me too can’t see the service history, just done a service at main dealer and nothing is showing within the application.

Still not working for me in the app or via the website. I’m in Audi on Friday so will ask if there’s a known issue

Just signed in online and clicked to access the "beta" version and its not there for me. There was a warning through stating that everything was being crossed over so im sure its just a few days it will be there.

It’s been missing for a couple of weeks now since I first posted

I asked about this issue and got this response from AudiUK:-

We apologise for any inconvenience this has caused. The myAudi app/website is currently undergoing required maintenance work and software updates. This is to ensure that the myAudi app/website is complying with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Audi UK has been advised by AUDI AG that the Digital Service Schedule should be available as soon as possible, however, we do not have a specific timescale yet.

Been meaning to ask this for a while but what information should we have showing in the app?

I mean I have 66 reg a3 saloon but I don't see fuel level, mileage etc in the app however a colleague has an a4 and this information shows in his app.

I've linked myaudi with the vin of my car etc and the image of my car shows in the app and I can see all the linked audi connect features but that's it...

That’s what lt should be like but quite often it’s against the registration and you have to go into the Audi dealership to provide information and new ownership

Surely there is a problem on the Audi IT systems... not possible not displaying the service history or the specs either. That's just ridiculous. I know i can go to the dealers and get them to print my service history but what's the point then of the digital service history?

I have always been convinced that Audi went digital as a way to ensure that we remained with the dealers to get the service record that they had total control of.
Many of us got hold of the old service books and got them stamped with the indy and backed up with the service paperwork for warranty. Glad I did now as I have no real faith that Audi will get the digital records back up again and available on the my audi app.

Shocking reply from the Audi exec office... so no more online service records via myAudi ? ...

I wonder why they have made that change... not like there is a regular need to check it. But it could be useful to have to hand.

And as a side note, when Audi UK were messing me around with their useless customer relation manager, once Mohammed Ali got involved things were sorted quickly, he seemed extremely understanding and actually took an interest.

This thread looks a good a place as any to ask: just got my S3 with tech pack and hence audi connect for 3 years. I’ve downloaded the ‘red’ my audi app and put in my VIN so it comes up with my car pic. After this I’m stumped. Don’t know how to link it to my car, and don’t really know what the point of it is, like what does it do? I went into the Audi connect bit in my MMI but couldn’t work out what I need to do. The app mentioned something about being a key user and to use the code on the opaque fob that came with my keys, but can’t find on the mmi where to put this in etc. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

Audi just sent me this on twitter "At the moment we're experiencing some issues with the Service History section of our My Audi app. We're looking into this now and we'll see what we can find out for you."

Ahh Audi... where you ask 5 different people and get 5 different answers :)

"We've been made aware that the Service History section is currently not active and there is no timescale of when it will be back online. We're more than happy to provide you with your service history here or you can visit your local Audi Centre for this as well. Alternatively, you can call the service history line on 0800 542 3037. This service is available Monday to Friday, 9am until 5pm."

They just sent me this on twitter lol

From what I understand it is because they are porting it across from mmi connect to the myaudi app, then from the old web version to the newer one...
