Only 2 days after washing my car it now has a thick pollen layer on it. What's the best way to remove the pollen without potentially damaging the paint?

I'd spray it with hose but the water is so hard around here I end up with water spots. I tried pouring filtered water on it but that doesn't have the pressure to knock it off.

Would a Quick detailing spray work or is that just asking for scratch marks?

Short of setting fire to the bush or washing my car daily i've got no idea

Snow foam/pre wash, pressure rinse, then final rinse with filtered water...?

There's no easy way pretty much has to be at least a snowfoam and rinse at the min

Damn. Any idea if using a hose filter set up would enable me to do that without the need for drying?

I’m worried out wiping a microfiber over the car to dry it incase the snowfoam hasn’t got it all.

Snow foam won't take it all off so ONR is great stuff maybe it's your answer

I always misunderstood the saying “Once you go black you’ll never go back”, I always assumed it was aimed at women and referring to coloured gentleman’s sausage!!!! Since owning a black car and now a white car, I now know different! No more black cars for me

Word of advice. We don't like being called 'coloured'

Sorry mate no offence meant, just didn't know how to phrase it without saying the wrong thing...which I obviously did! :(

To avoid water spots I use the rainwater from the water butt. I prep the car as outlined above and then use a water can to remove all the soap.

This does not leave water drops and saves you having to dry the car.
