Ticking noise?

My a5 cab is ticking when hitting low revs? Cam follower has recently been changed and still happening?!

Does anyone have an idea what it is?

It's not this.

Just to say it is a 2.0 tfsi.

The ticking comes under acceleration and feels slightly restricted

Not sure about the petrols tbh mate. Im guessing fule recirculation if you have that ? But look on the forum for 2.0 valve noise and it might point you in the right direction
