The Worldwide Harmonised Light Vehicle Test Procedure (WLTP).

Has anybody else with an Audi S3 on order received an email regarding this from their dealer. I’ve received the email today and need to confirm I’ve read it and agree with it as it may delay production of my car apparently.

Yes. On the day I made my order I was sent an e-mail asking to sign the form (uploaded the form I was sent). I wasn't aware it would cause a delay but I assume it's some admin they require before putting the order through, who knows.

Ok, I ordered my S3 on 4/4/18, just got email today. Given option to cancel order or change it ? Confusing to say the least. Think worst case I’ll pay more VRD, next bracket £1,300. Car expected to start construction on 21/5/18 bit stressful

It was placed on the 10th April.

So was your build week always going to be the 21/5/18? My original order was placed on the 10/4/18 and construction was supposed to be 30/4/18 (week 18), due to an "issue with the tech pack" I was told my order had to come without the tech pack or I re-order for another date. I re-ordered for another date and my construction date is now the same as yours 21/5/18 (build week 21). We'll have to see who's car arrives first

I couldn’t decide between Ara Blue and Daytona Grey but went for the Daytona in the end as my last car was blue and fancied a change!

Just went for S3 Sportback, Black Edition, Daytona Grey, Tech pack and advanced key.

Nearly got a BMW M240i but preferred practicality of the S3.

How about you?

I don’t have a car atm so I’m waiting very impatiently

Great choice, I also went for Daytona Grey (my previous Q3 was this colour, loved it ) black edition, tech pack, split folding rear bench, rear view camera, 19” 5-v-spoke wheels, pan sun roof, matrix lights, front super sports seats, folding mirrors, brake calipers in red, black roof rails, Audi parking plus , magnetic ride and LED Audi rings for entry. Think that’s it ! They took my Q3 as part exchange on day of order, so driving our very old golf 1.4 till s3 arrives

Just checked my order tracker and it’s moved from order received to panel shop in one day !

So basically. The Bu11shit fuel consumption figure we've been making up all these years (more so with DSG) to say that your car `will` achieve 47mpg is totally fabricated, as we cheated every time.

As we cheated the EU has made us test the cars properly. As such we need you to sign this form to say you accept that the fuel consumption figures will be no where near what we said they would be, and by signing you accept you still wish to purchase the car, and that you won't sue once the true figure of 25mpg comes out.

Wonder if the manual cars will get better mpg like they always did against Automatic cars?
