Ferodo DS Performance Pads

Guys,

Is there a Trevor on here that is the UK dealer for Ferodo?

I'm being told he is asking members on here about the pads they have recevied from him.

long story short - Recently put some 8 pot Calipers on my S3 and upgraded the discs and pads. The pads are the DS performance from Ferodo but they squeal like a pig at low speeds like really loud.

I've been offered replacements but he is adament it wont fix the problem because all of these pads he has sold hes never had a problem with them.

Has anyone else got these pads?

He’s not on here

However he does sell a lot specifically to RS3 8V owners.

I had pads for my RS3 PFL off him and had no issues at all.

Ferodo DS are miles better than the Audi OEM rubbish.

Thanks mate, they seem like great pads, I just cannot deal with the squeal, it’s not just a bit it’s loud!

Was hoping it as going to be the way it was fitted but garage is adamant they are fitted fine.

Nope, defo the DS performance pads

I’ve done probably about 300 - 400 maybe?

Never had any issues.

So much so when the RS3 specific DS pads are released for the 8V I’ll be ordering both front & rear for my FL car.

Give it more , my EBC Redstuff and as suggested by EBC took 1500 miles to bed .

Low speed squeal for the duration .

Perfect after .
