Nice wheels. Was thinking about those but in the end went with RS6 style.

Thank you they were only cheap as they were an odd size. 18 x 9.5j on an et 35.

That is some size for the wheel 9.5J
Mines are 19” 8.5J with 35ET and they protrude more from underneath the wheel arches than oem LeMans wheels did.

That's my poke, it's around 1cm wider than the arch. I've thought about arch modifications but so far have not bit the bullet. [photo=medium]9296[/photo]
My 245's are stretched on the 9.5j

Don’t see the picture. On a mobile and Tapatalk right now.
245 stretched on that 9.5? OMG!
And all that sticked out the arch by 1cm? WOW!
Are you on Sline shocks and springs or coilovers?

You wheels look really smart. The rs grill looks nice too. It's something I'm thinking of getting done at some point once I get the suspension lowered, and the car remapped

Standard suspension at moment. I'm going to lower it. Think I'll just go with the Eibach lowering kit.

Ah ok. With car even dropped, there’s no danger to arches, when you hit the bump or something?

Get it mapped asap. So much fun
Make sure your clutch is ok.

Thinking now about straight pipe exhaust

Thank you. Done fog grilles myself to match main one

I'm getting it done with my mates rs6 at the same time in a couple of months to save a few quid.

I might have to flare the arches if I lower it. Or get the speedline split rims if a set come up cheap enoughto get the wheel just inside the arch

They were an option on the car when it was new.

Looking good.
They will definitely help you with those wide wheels. I need to fit them also

I suspected as much, but now I am certain I'll need to track down some darker centre caps!

Place you had your wheels painted couldn’t do it for you?
Chrome rings can be taken off for that.

My 2009 3.0tdi sline Quattro lemans edition, low mileage, remapped to 300bhp. Little bit of custom work and to it and some more is ongoing! I’m just about to post a thread about vcds and d3s headlight bulb options if anyone could assist me? Thanks

Nice, but hide the number plate mate

I might be missing something but what's the reason for blurring them? Anyone who drives past my car can see the plate, likewise when I'm driving along. Happy to take advice but I like to understand the reasons

I didn't think to ask, might see if I can get a can of matching paint before I look for replacements. I believe the place I went to only do powder coating which could get messy with plastic parts

Changed my alloys yesterday from my Le mans ones to some segment ones, wishing i had gone for the 20inch ones instead of the 19 inch ones, need to get some spacers now as the offset on these are different from the Le mans alloys

settling in to her new ride hight after fitting the Eibach E10-15-008-08-22. I think its around the height of a sline now or there abouts, 26" from the floor to the bottom of the arch.

Hello fellas..
New to the a6 but no stranger to Audi.
Was playing around with VCDS this morning and was a bit disappointed to know that couldn't enable needle sweep on mine being a 07 PLATE. But did enable the alarm chirp on lock.
What else could be enabled with VCDS?
