Brilliant! :tearsofjoy:
Amazed you can open the doors :whistle2:

Previous A3 was a 3dr, and it was a squeeze, had to line the garage wall with a yoga mat so the door didn’t hit it. New car is 5dr, and is much easier, can actually open it to one of the stop points. Only put it in garage because there were kids (that live at the opposite side of the development) decided right outside my house would be a good place to play football

Don't blame you. Anytime we lived anywhere with kids playing footie in the street I couldn't relax with the cars sitting out.

whilst we're on this topic...

just after i got my car this summer, an austrailian family (two young kids, say 4 and 6) were driving from somewhere down south all the way up to Isle of Skye in an OLD rusty vw camper, the thing was shagged. anyways they were coming through our village up the hill past our house and they lost all power, so reversed down the hill into our drive.....they were there friday, saturday and sunday waiting for a friend from down south to come and fix the camper.....
i've never been so on edge whilst sat at home, forever looking out the window seeing the two, bored, kids chasing each other round our drive....with my new pride and joy sat there
nice enough couple though, hope they made it to Skye :hopelessness:

So it’s not just me, wife tells me to sit down it’s just a car!

Last summer actually told her I’d had enough and we were selling up to build a house in a big field miles from anyone. Just need to find a cheap plot!

Thing is we were all one of these kids a number of years ago, how things change

That's one of the reasons I did buy a plot in the country and build my own mate. Only a couple of squirrels, a pheasant and some deer to worry about and they're not really into football lol

If you ever do go down that route remember to give me a shout mate.

Thing is too, when we were kids we didn't play football near folks cars. We went up the football park or over the fields. Young yins theses days don't give a s**t bah humbug!

Yip, when I was a kid if we were playing on the street or in the garden, it was a soft foam ball, not a ****** mitre football, they were only for the park

One of the reasons I bought a nest camera, I’ve just never set it up, but I think it’ll be my job tomorrow night before I get the car back.

Anytime I clock kids outside the house, I get worried, especially when the garage is full and the fact none of my neighbors at least 5 houses each side have kids so it’s usually visits that don’t give a s**t.

At least with a camera covering the drive, if a ball strays into the drive or anywhere near the car it’ll alert me, to save me watching out the window, and if they do damage, it’s all on camera

Haha

Yeah it’s always been a dream to do it, one day maybe. Funding is the issue though, probably need the cash for the plot first and that’s not easy.

Guy at work is trying to do exactly this now and not having much luck.

Audi really do seem to be pushing porsche/exclusive coloured cars at the moment
Not seen any on the roads mate, but each dealership does have to accept some fully loaded cars from audi over the course of the year aka Showroom Queens lol

Exactly people like to post photos out of the norm mate, and as always it's free advertising, it's 2 years since l first saw my first voodoo blue car a PFL RS3 on the approved used Audi site, and its 10 months since l ordered my car

What BMW? I know you are waiting for their new models to unfold and any M model's suspension is rock hard IMO. Soooo, what series 2, 3, X models will suit down the road or?

A go kart! Wife had one. Stunning looks but no suspension at all. Fast bends, rear wheel drive and manhole covers didn't make a good combo. Great fun but not a daily driver.
