It is stage 1 remapped mind...but 80% of my driving is sat on duel carriageways at 60...rairly in full dynamic, normally individual with dynamic on engine auto everything else.

The oil costs about £45 and the labour should be no more than 30mins. Easy diy.

Haldex service complete, due to the car never having one and being on 44k i was keen to get this done asap. To my surprise there was very little build up compared to others I've seen with half the miles on. Anyway all done now for a another couple of years...

Was just looking though my service history last time oil filter and haldex was done was at 69 tho miles I’m now on 72 too early for a change ?

I thin
I think they say 40k or 3 years but looking at the state of some of them i'd do it more often than that.
