After about 20 days the rest of the parts must be on the car.. The car soon will be tuned by VAG Service(Sofia, Bulgaria)!

Thank you for your attention. I hope I'm not boring if you have questions - ask!

Best engine, best colour ;-)
What Diverter Valve are you using? I hope not a Split-R...

Thank you very much. The old recirculating BOV has been broken. The new blow off valve is Forge 004 dual piston(atmospheric), who does not confuse flow sensor. :whistle2:

I'm afraid that any type of atmospheric dump valve will interfere with the fuelling (provided you use a standard ECU). The fuel is determined by the amount of air entering the system, as measured by the MAF. If you then remove some of that air along the way, this confuses the engine management program. That's why these engines use a Diverter Valve, instead of a blowoff or dump valve; the air never leaves the closed system.

Thanks for the opinion. I'll keep that in mind but even when I bought the car drive with an atmospheric valve and I have not had any problems until now.

Each to their own, but the only cars on here that run well with a dump valve, are those lucky few that have gone MAF-less...
@Prawn 's car is one of those.

It is not a problem for these cars to move with such valves as long as they are good brands (forge motorsport, bailey motorsport, bonalume and etc.)

nice car, but, what's with the wheels? two black spokes? Looks like someone's coloured them in with a permanent marker

Thank you very much. The rims will soon be made, this is their original color, but these two lines are constantly placed by the previous owner. They're cool when they're spinning! :zen:

Hello, guys! It's time for a little update on the topic. :racer:
The car has been fully serviced [dog-bone mount, belt (reinforced), rollers, water pump, filters, oil, suspension, brakes and etc.]. :whistle2:

Best regards - good day from me.

Hello everyone again! :sunglasses: At that time, good and bad things happened for the car... The good part is that the parts are already on the car and we managed to turn the rollers on the dyno! The car got out 266 hp/332 nm with 95oct. petrol at 35 degrees outside temperature on 1.3bar. This result made me really happy, but not for long. Week after setup(remap) on the car, in the evening I decided to drive the car and from a third gear to fourth I scored second gear at 7050 rpm, which happened by mistake.... The damage was almost clear, that she hit the valves on the head. In fact, it was the bad news.. :disappointed::disappointed::disappointed:
We will now open the engine and understand what the damage is. Here are some pictures of the parts and the car :)

And the exhaust manifold and turbo were already in the basket, but I having problems installing my badger5 v2.2 tip, which was obviously for the right steering wheel. Still, I found a solution..
