0-60 figures are just pub talk figures. How often do you find often the opportunity to do a launch on a normal your normal commute/drive ?

I’d rather hear about 60-100mph/120mph or any in gear acceleration figures.

And as if you have time to put the car in dynamic mode, switch off tc at every traffic light moment you get . Unless you already drive in that mode which most people don’t.

I wouldn’t want to get a Starbucks or any beverage and launch control it out straight away. Unless you like cleaning up spills.

TBH I pretty much always have the car in dynamic, although in D not in S as I feel that's useless for road driving.

the headline is sensational yes....but come on....you lot can't tell me you wouldn't love it if your TTRS had 552hp versus standard....even if you didn't use it all the time....i won't believe you if you say you'd prefer less power and torque etc.

I'm sure these figures are vastly improved also in this fettled car....its going to be Stage 2 so it won't be just acceleration thats better

The answer to that question is so broad it becomes a pointless question.
The second part in my experience is I have a manual so if I wish to “dap” it off the lights I can with such ease.

552 bhp from a TTRS. I highly doubt it’s running that power on stock turbos on the new 5 lump max at about 520ish bhp. The likes of MTM and ABT and companies who that particular YouTuber promotes chat abunch of bs when it comes to power claims.

I can think of a time when you might want to floor it off the lights. Take last night, I was at some lights just before the slip road to the M5. My lane was due to merge into the other so i decided to beat the guy off the mark to get ahead. He attempted to get ahead of me but it was a fruitless task Every once in a while it is fun. If I owned an S3 or TTRS I would def do it now and again.

no...you're right its not stock turbo's....its stage 3

also I'd say 552bhp is pretty conservative for this car if you go stage 3. Irozmotorsport for quite a bit less $$$ are getting a lot more power than that out of this new engine

You don't have to have DSG box to have launch control, mine's a manual and I've got it. Don't actually use it though, and certainly would never do it from a traffic light!
