My car doesn't have the extended storage and I think it'll be a good place to keep all the shopping bags, as right now they're just thrown in the back with the pram and sometimes hard to get to.

I've seen the velcro ones on eBay and I find them a bit tacky. Anybody know if the official audi parts as shown can be bought?

To my eyes you have the storage pack and, from memory, mine looks the same as yours does. If you pull those two little tags under the top lip doesn't the hooks come down?

That's not my car lol, just a photo I found on Google to show what I mean. And I have the curry hooks, I'm just after the nets that cover the compartments on either side.

Thanks, I'll have a look through.

This is what my boot looks like!

Lol, far too much clutter for my ocd. I think I might have to go and lie down..

To be honest, I've found the side nets to be absolutely useless. They tend to slide down at the sides and whatever I've put in there has ended up loose in the boot.

The curry hook is handy, even though they seem to only come with one of them. The bigger net for the floor is definitely handy though (not that you'll be able to put the pushchair under it) and you should be able to get one off Ebay cheaply enough.

I find the side nets useful for empty shopping bags, although the dealership placed the bag containing the oil topup in one. I have two bag hooks and I can get a dell all in one pc upright under the floor net. You can also have this net vertical to hold things from sliding about...

So I had a look through that website but unfortunately couldn't find what I'm after. :( Don't know if it matters either but the 2016 a4 which is the newest you can choose has pictures of the b8 and not the b9 I think.

I think checking the parts dept. of a dealership first might be a goid idea. You could also access a scrapped car to obtain the parts and I think, in looking at the pictures, you would possibly need both the side trims as well. The ones that are removable

I can get photos of mine NicoS85 if you like..

I just went with some tacky velcro ones I found on amazon in the end. For the time being anyways, until I can (be bothered to) source the official items.

Might be tacky, but they look more useful than the Audi ones. The pic's remind me I need to get a boot liner though!

Swapsies? :p Sounds like we'd both benefit and get what we want. :D

I bought a pair of Velcro nets from eBay for £8 - they are very effective, and I’m pretty pleased with them. The A6 Allroad I had before the S4 had factory-fit side nets in the boot, and they weren’t half as good - sliding down the metal frame to spill the contents.

Hi Nico, I was just wondering what size net you got from amazon? Looking to buy. Has it held up well?

Thanks

Hi, I don't remember the size I bought and I can't find it in my order history. But just use a tape measure and measure the space of the holes plus a little more for the velcro. It doesn't look as good as oem items but it's done it's job fine. The top corners sometimes come a little loose if you stuff too much into them but just stick it back down, no big deal.
