I hate to bring the topic of tyres up, but...
It wouldn't have crossed my mind at all, I've only put 4000 miles on the car after all, but since it's been getting cold, my god the P Zeros are horrid, I felt safer last winter in my front wheel drive A3 with some pretty knackered mixed tyres on (I would normally change to match all four because OCD and whatnot but was holding out as I knew I would be getting a new vehicle).
Even pulling out of parking spaces etc the amount the car has been slipping is ridiculous.
Anyway it's prompted me to look, and although I'm keen to go for Michelin PS4's, has anybody used the Hankook Evo's???
Bit of a curve ball that one everyone goes between Michelin, Pirelli's, Conti's or Goodyears from what I've seen.
Before anyone goes off on one about buying a high end car but not willing to put high end tyres on it, my colleague's S4 arrived with them on?
Anyone had them, are they confidence inspiring and how long did they/seem to be holding up?
Another highly rated one online seems to be Dunlop Sportmaxx's but I am yet to see a performance car with them on forgive me if I'm wrong.
