I have just fitted Eibach Pro springs to my S4 avant giving me a 30mm drop. I would also like to fit spacers front and rear and just wondered what size to use without having any arch rubbing issues. I am running standard 19inch Rotors. Any input would be much appreciated.

I had Eibach 30mm and 10mm spacers all round and it worked pretty well on 8.5x19 ET43 wheels.

@ruairi83 also has the same setup.

Is 8.5x19 ET43 the standard size rotor ? Excuse my ignorance .

I'd suggest 12mm rear and 10mm front.

Any recommendations on where to buy 12mm spacers and 12mm longer bolts?

Thanks mate but I managed to find some H & R ones and extended bolts used on eBay, put in an offer and was accepted . Good to know you supply stuff though so will prob get in contact in the future!

Any idea if 15mm rear spacers will rub with the eibach Pro springs?

I fitted some the other day and there were no rubbing issues. I took them off though as I heard a knocking from the back so took the wheel off and found the spacers were loose (H & R 15mm spacers screwed direct to the hub and original bolts screw into the spacer)! Not sure if they should be loctited in so removed them. Going for 10mm front and 12mm rear as per recommendation above.

Some seem to get away with 15’s and others don’t.

I had rubbing issues with 10mm on the rear with Dunlop so sport maxx but a good few mm clearance with michelin ps2’s.

Not all 255’s are the same width and also the amount of camber you have can come into play when things get close!

A way I check clearances is I jack the car as high as it will go, then slide as many 1ft pieces of scaffolding planks under the tyre as I can, then let the jack down. This simulates a full compression and gives you a good idea what you have to play with

I'd suggest 12mm rear and 10mm front.
