Hello.
I have s3 8l stock. Only s2000 filter.

Yesterday i did some vcds logging and something is wrong.

There are no fault codes.

I tried on 2nd and 3rd gear from 2k RPM till redline and both had same readings.

The maf is reaching only 145g/s. Which is ~180 hp, which is not good at all.

I tried with maf disconnected, but nothing has changed. Maf readings and power delivery were the same.
The car is runing fine. Same as before 1 year when i got it.

Request and actual boost are the same so i guess there is no boost leak.

On channel 032 the left field was 0.2% ( no air/boost leak i suppose), but the right one was 18%.
Fault codes have been cleared a few days ago just to be able to see fuel trim.
What does this mean?

Also how can i find out if the pre-cat lambda is gone?

Either the MAF is faulty or air is getting into the intake between the MAF and Turbo (dont ask me how i know that)

If it's air wouldn't it be shown in fuel trim ++%?
Between maf and turbo you mean the TIP, right?

under reading maf... by 18%
up your g/s by 18% and you get 213bhp worth of air.. std car, plausible number.

under reading maf, lambda's correct under calculated fueling, the number seem to indicate its down.

maf unplugged you may expect some difference, but only if adaptions are rest will the +18% learned value go to zero and it will run lumpy and be rough again, under fueling

my guess anyhows

Okay. Thanks.
I will remove the TIP to check it out and if it's fine i will get new maf.
Can you tell me OEM part number for AMK maf?
