what wheels are you running?

Were these standard with Mag Ride or changed up from 18's please...looks mint...looking to lower mine 25mm on standard 18's but might go up a size but wasn't sure why Audi wouldn't supply 19's without the Mag Ride option?

Cheers matey ;o)

Mine came with mag ride and 18s - I didn't like the 19'' wing arm at the time so held out for these.

Should be fine going up a size without mag ride. Going to 19 will also be wider 8J rather than 7.5J and fill the arches better.

Not my car/pics but I intend on getting these RS6 replicas once my car is delivered.

Me too but they seem very cheap on Ebay and was worried that they were up to standard

I've done 92,000 miles on my RS6 reps in 2years. Still going strong with no cracks or buckles.

They are 19" RS6 reps. Wouldn't normally do reps, but wanted something that looked as oem as possible. I've been too lazy to take any proper pics sadly but really pleased with how they look (and drive).

I was weary of cheap reps when buying mine, so opted for a big name alloy with TUV approval instead. Well worth the extra £100-200 in my opinion. Especially when it ultimately holds your life in its hands.

What did you go for? Any pics would be appreciated

No problem, I went for 18" (debated 19's but didn't want to lose too much ride comfort as I lowered at the same time) MSW 26's, they're made by OZ Racing and look very similar to the RS6 alloys:

As my was car clean, I thought I'd share a better pic of the wheels/stance. Sorry that it's another carpark selfie - I dont take many pics (of me, or my car!)

Performance specialist told me to go for lowering springs as the shocks on the S3 were good enough...without effecting the ride quality of course....Is yours a little more bumpy with the blisters on? Seen the standard wheels diamond etched in black which I think I'm going for..Get a wheels specialist to sort mine out..

Your specialist has misadvised you a bit, lots of threads about the S3 bouncing around as standard, and quite a few about springs making it worse (though plenty of people have springs they are happy with).
Check the coilover thread that's kicking about, most people who've fitted them will tell you that they are a bit of a revelation - no bounce :)

Ma3rc. Where did you get your centre caps for these wheels from? I have some MSW 24s coming soon and want to get some Audi ones. Do you know what the external and internal diameter of the caps are? Cheers.

Bilsteins B16 RC for me, made a world of difference, the car literally became a new beast. On the highest setting and not bouncy at all.

Is your's lowered?

I've just picked up my s3 sportback, 64 plate and love these wheels. Spotted some on ebay with tyres and very templted to order, they look awesome on yours!

Has anyone got a set of FL S3 18” x 7.5J ‘5-twin-spoke star’ design alloy wheels in contrast grey, diamond cut finish, with or without tyres, that they want to sell?

I will have 18'' s3 alloys with continental tyres up for grab very soon. new fronts and 5mm on the tears. No marks on the wheels, coming off a 2014 s3

Just joined the S3 club, loving it so far. Will be selling the wheels and tyres if anyone is interested?

I'm in Ashford in Kent, had no idea what they would sell for so just done a quick eBay comparison, would hope for around £1200 as all wheels are uncurbed and tyres in very good condition. Wife has the car today but can take pics of each wheel later today and post if interested?

Joined just to say this looks amazing, and you actually convinced me the BBS ones where the wheels to go with. Currently have a set of the Charcoal rotor design alloys from an A5 but they're far too wide for day-to-day usage, so I've ordered a set of Himalaya Grey SRs which should arrive next week. All these look amazing!

Hey

Can you buy the Fuchs Forged 19s, as fitted as standard to the saloon, directly from Audi? Anyone know the cost?

18-inch Alutec Raptr alloys with Audi centrepiece. Loads easier to clean and I think they look good too! Wanted to use the factory tyres so that was a bonus too :D

Put these on last week ,lighter than oems ,tuv approved and not too expensive 8.5 x 19 et 44
