guys I have only come across this company tonight whilst looking for new brakes.has anyone used there kits before and if so what do you think of them.seem much cheaper than ap ect but is there a reason for that .cheap Chinese dung or the likes.

They ship from Taiwan apparently. Beware of import duties....

I've been looking at their kits for a while, never been able to find a proper review for them though. Would be a very good alternative to other BBK if they work.

This and the fact no-one has heard of them would put me right off! I know people will say "even xxx brand is made in Taiwan / China, etc". While that may be true, generally known brands have QC which is adhered to and representatives of the company will go out periodically to ensure parts are being made properly to specification, certain tests will be performed on each batch, etc, etc. This is what makes them cost more.

An unknown brand from the Far East also means unknown quality, and for me, that is a big no-no when it comes to brakes!

Your putting your life in their hands with brakes, you generally get what you pay for.......is it worth the risk??

They're a fairly well known brand and are pretty well thought of on other marques.

There is a lad on the s4 uk owners group that has them and he says they're bang on

There is some info on this thread regarding import tax and postage etc. After you add these costs the price isn't quite as attractive. Pair that up with the problems you would experience if there was an issue then you may want to look elsewhere. The PB brakes also come with their own supplied pads, which I am not sure about the quality.

The Q5 Brembo 4 pot brakes are a good OE solution. A pair of brand new calipers something like £550. I used the ECS 2 part 345mm discs which were around £450 when I bought them but they are upto £660 now because of the decline of the pound against the dollar. But you can use any 345mm disc designed for the S4.

The pad choice for the Brembo's is massive as they are the same pad profile as the Subaru Imprezza and Evo so almost any kind of track pad can be obtained at a reasonable price.

Tbh it was not for the ultimate braking power of the 8pot 390mm kit I was looking for but for the actual look of the massive calliper and discs .i know that is not how it is supposed to be but obviously the better braking is a big incentive also .

Guys would the rs7-6 400mm front and 360mm rear brakes fit onto the s4 and if so what mods would need done .think there brembo calipers is this correct .??

Yes they are Brembos but you will need 20" wheels to fit the 400mm fronts on. The largest you can go with 19's is 390mm. You will need longer front brake lines.

Not sure I'd ever prioritise looks over function when choosing brake components.

What I'm meaning is I couldn't ever drive my car hard enough to warrent 8 pot performance.my talent would run out before the brakes would.obviously I'm not going to put pish brakes onto my car.

I have 20,s on already .would this be a better option than the likes of the pb kit.are the brembo 400mm kit 8 pots then .sorry for all the questions lol

Someone Please correct me if I'm wrong but I think most of the latest Brembo's such as those on the RS6/7 & S8 etc are 6pot monoblock calipers with two large pads per caliper. The older design of Brembos are 8pots with 4pads per caliper as found on the RS5 and earlier R8's.

So after much thought I have bought an s7 brake set up .brembo 6 pot with 400mm front and 360 rears.can someone please advise on what brake lines I need to order.is it s7 hoses or does s4 ones do . I have looked at hel and a few others but need to know for sure what I need to get.
What's people's opinion on this setup I have went for ???
