That Nardo rear shot isn't black pack. It is a great shot, though.

I think Blue can go either way. Indeed, I struggled with that decision more than anything else on this car. Ultimately went with black b/c I thought there was just way too much aluminum up front. Made it look kinda weak, I thought.

Nardo with ALU pack is a BIG NO NO for me !

Did not work on the sportback and does not work on the FL.

No pack or ideally black pack looks ace with Nardo.

So true. The wheel gap is almost crossover-ish. With all the good RS suspension thinking you assume went into the car, I'm surprised it looks like it's a CUV.

Oh well, eager to see one on some Emmanuel lowering springs or similar.
 
Yeah, lowering is the baddest on tracks and the car is faster in every aspect but driving it as a daily driver this is probably the best not wrecking anything under the car. I have heard irl quiet a number of for instance Porsches scratching bumps and so on, I mean its gonna be mental expensive to fix everything before selling it and I am never gonna buy anything lowered before checking it under.

That sounds terrible. It sounds a lot like my unresonated S3 on startup. It doesn't sound like the same engine, very disappointed and if the cars actually sound that much worse off I don't think I will be ordering one.

I went with somebody and had the secondary cats taken out of a PFL RS3 in the week, I can't put into words the savagery of that car.
 
And now theres another video of the exhaust. Looks like more and more are coming through now. Also shows the difference in noise between comfort mode and dynamic.

I was at that event last night. That was from a cold start in I don't know what mode but it sounded like crap. Later they did the full cycle through to Dynamic and with a warm exhaust they sounded much better....


 
Ugh, my rs3 sedan got a check engine light at 1200 KM on the meter today. Don't have anything to scan error codes with, but there's no weird noises and car seems to be working fine.

I drove my mk7 GTI much harder right out of the dealership and it never skipped a beat, at 40k kms right now.
 
A red RS3 saloon after a long while. Looks good with black pack and pan roof.

Take it to the dealer? Don't worry, probably really simple. The PFL had an oil pressure switch issue that took them off the road at first.
 
I'm wondering if the manual seats in the RS 3 (at least for the US) will improve headroom over the A3/S3. With a helmet on at the track, there's not much room for someone about 6 feet tall in a S3.

Yeah, got it fixed. It was something to do with dust particles and some sensors. Was worried for a sec there.

Also, saw a nardo+black optics rs3 sedan on the road. Looked awesome, it's the only other combo I'd pick over my white.

Haha oh man, my bad. Guess the heat is playing with my mind, or the PFL and FL rear aren't that different.

The FL has horrible reflectors on the rear bumper. And of course different light clusters.

Yeah I really don't get this in the face lift S3 & RS3.
The seperate light reflectors look terrible - like a stuck on after thought ?
Yet they were intergrated into the main pre-FL light clusters *** !!!!
A serious backwards step for sure.

How big is the boot on the RS3 sedan? Some places say its smaller than the sportback, that can't be right surely??!?

Yeah, not sure why they did the reflectors on the back, I prefer the pre-FL in that regard. The front of the FL does looks better though, and more aggressive, imo.
 
That Ara blue RS3 I posted above was bought by this guy. He made a 17 minute vlog on picking it up. Most of it is stuff you already know but good to see an owners impression of it.

The engine alone is worth the price of admission Mate it's made for this car and TTRS it's a stand alone ! This car is not for everyone.. Its for a person that loves Audi and can afford such an amazing car $65'000 I live in the USA this car is new here nobody has one ... Stephan Winkelmann nuff said .. wait till the Stage 1 hits this car !
