Let us know how you get on!
The main reason why mine aren't on yet is I'm getting a knock from the back over speed bumps every now and again.
It may be the top mounts, there is a known issue with magride cars so mine may be affected.

I have the Eibach prokit springs paired with the Bilstein B8 shocks (the Bilstein B12 kit). The drop depends on which suspension you start with, but the final ride height of my car is Fender-to-Ground 25.5" both front and rear.

IMHO, it rides great. It is much more settled compared to the standard S3 suspension and it is as comfortable as the A3 sport suspension. Best of both worlds.

Have you decided to go the Eibach route rather than VWR?

Still undecided myself.
Yes but I did decide on H&R but when I went into LK performance and apparently H&R didn't do a spring for mine yet anyway long story short I got a decent deal on the eibach and fitting I also am getting my alloys from there so ease of making one trip

You must be close to me then if you called into LK?
I also have the H&R springs in the garage so no idea why they say they aren't available. Surely they are the same pre and post facelift!

I am in Wakefield just down the road, and yes I thought the same I don't think there is a difference anyway they are ordered now just debating if to buy some wheels while I am there

Bought my 3 S3's from Wakefield Audi and our lass works in Wakefield, taking the S3 there every day!
Are you on 18's or 19's?

I went to Wakefield Audi originally about 3 year ago to buy a TTS they were so rude and looked down on me because I was only 21 at the time ended up with an S3. Went to go buy my new s3 from there again last year and again they laughed me off so rude. Ended up at Huddersfield and they were fantastic. And I'm on 18s mate

Haha well I've just turned 50, I think they cringe when I go in though lol
It'll look nicer with 19's once lowered, I prefer oem or BBS though tbh

Guys, do you have any pictures of these fitted? My 30mm Eibach springs are being delivered soon.

Aw nightmate haha.

Can you send me the link to your springs mate? Are they the pro-kit?

Can't wait to see pics. Mine get delivered in about 2-3 weeks time. Long wait!

If your on iPhone I use an app called image size and generally resize to 1200 wide then it uploads just fine.

It says 20mm front and 15/20mm on the back but I'm more then happy with the drop im not a fan of slammed and I still retain practicality.
Note it also has 15mm spacers on the front and 20 on the rear

Yeah sorr
That’s what I was thinking your first post was referring to the Pro kit which is only a 10mm drop I thought it looked more from your pics.

Yes it is mate, I’ve now a 25mm drop front and rear with the mag setup which I think is about right.
y I must have cot mixed up when writing the post

Eibach Pro kit after it was first done on 18s. It's dropped slightly since then as it has bedded in I'm guessing.

Ride is a big improvement, much more stable and less drama under acceleration/braking. Just have to go a bit slower over speed bumps, not a big deal.

Yeah I agree the cornering at speed is night and day difference

Not sure if you have magride, but if you don't, get the Bilstein B8 shocks to go with the Eibach springs (matched B12 kit).

I have that setup and is definitely the best suspension setup I have ever driven.

I don't suppose you could measure the distance from floor to arch could you?
I have a set of pro's ready to go on, albeit on a sportback
Looks good

Wheel centre to arch would probably be a better measurement then tyre pressures and alloy size do not come into play.

Fair point, it's just easier to stick a tape measure on the deck!

No problem at all and thanks, the drop is 620mm from wheel arch to deck, hope this helps :)
