Anyone had an Adblue 4 cylinder TDI remapped, including turning off the Adblue?

While it's inside its warranty period, I wouldn't bother!

Little point in turning the Adblue off it's hardly expensive and it does help the emissions.

There are problems with trucks clogging the exhaust system with solid deposits, a bit like a giant kidney stone (Adblue is made from urine) so I would like to prevent this issue.

Don't mess with it while it's in warranty.

Well, the DAF mechanic said it was made from pig p1ss and the build up was some kind of solid like found in urinals. It seems to me that the urea could drop out of solution and cause the problem.

Lots of hauliers get the adblue turned off, causes all sorts of problems.

Adblue is a very simple chemical formulation fortunately which makes it cheap to manufacture.
Because it's a Urea solution and that sounds a bit like Urine and has a smell of ammonia It seems to be a common idea it's made from urine. Can you imagine how you would collect pigs urine ?, and how much would be needed.
I wouldn't be surprised if the problems truckers have are because the Adblue is diluted with tap water. It's about 75% demineralised water so some bright sparks are probably just adding normal tap water to the tanks. However this contains minerals which is what causes kettles and Irons etc to scale up.
When the adblue is injected it vapourises in the exhaust stream and any mineral content would be deposited in the catalyst.

Millions of litres of pigs urine is collected every year across UK. What do you think happens to pigs urine?? Pigs eat and drink, so they p1ss and sh1t.... and put on weight. It's part of the circle of life.

Put the slurry through a filter press or centrifuge to get the solids out for making manure, the liquor is p1ss which is then pumped to storage and tankered away or pumped to fields so the yield of crops is greater. Another part of the circle of life.
