Any advice on roof bars

So for my last few Audi's I have always had genuine roof bars but Im interested as to what else is available out there. I have seen a few cars with more aerodynamic looking bars and I'm wondering if anyone has purchased these yet for there car?

When i put roof bars on my A4 Saloon (8.5) i used Thule and found them to be stylish and functional.
Also used Thule on my 3 previous Seat Leons

And will probably use Thule for my A4 Avant

I had Thule aero bars on my B8 Avant and transferred them to my B9 Avant. No need to change anything.
I prefer Thule as you can usually buy a different foot pack and use the bars on future cars.

I've just bought a new foot pack 4007 for £36 an my Thule Wing Bars 761 and 753 from memory from previous Audis are fine.

Just found some on eBay to a nice set of black wing bar edge. Checked the numbers through the Thule website and they fit just not sure if you can change the feet as looking at the new q5 next year and want to make sure I can change the feet

All Thule bars have interchangeable feet.
