Quick Review - Obsession Wax Evolution Wax V2

Thanks to the recent fab GB by Obsession Wax recently I was not only able to get a jar of OW Evolution V2, but to get a custom version of it too (dark blue wax, frosted jar & bubblegum scent)

A quick review

The day before I cleaned my Audi S4 the usual way -
Pre-wash
2 BM wash
MF dry

Left to fully dry out overnight in my garage

My application weapon of choice was a new Wo-Wo foam applicator pad



First off the wax smells great!

As per OW's application advice, I waxed the whole car straight off. No buffing off at all. This was a doddle to do & I managed the whole my S4 saloon in under 30 mins. getting a nice thin'ish layer down



Waited another 30 mins before I started to buff the wax off. So in total the wax had been on the car for approx 1 hour before buffing the wax off
The smell of the wax was great! How I never licked the car/wax is beyond me! lol

My weapon of choice for buffing was my new set of super plush grey Korean edgeless MF's towels

The removal of the wax was just as easy as the application. So easy!

The finish with the wax applied is literally like glass



I've only got one pic of the finished article as I haven't had a chance to take some better photo's yet

In conclusion
A stunning wax which is easy on, easy off and leaves a fab finish
Definitely now my 'go to' wax for my S4

It hasn't had a coat of wax since last August / September. Been using QD's since

But, It has had a wash recently with Farcela G3 Bodywork Detox Shampoo

A little update

Its over 2 months now since I applied a coat of Evo 2 to my S4

Its till sheeting like crazy and still beading well too

I probably do get a little longer durability form my waxes as I garage my car every night

The gloss level's are amazing considering my car only had one coat over 2 months ago!
