3.0TDI Dyno results

We had a 3.0TDI 204PS in for tuning, gains are pretty typical of this model

Great job as always Rick. Really happy with the way mine is running now, almost smokeless 380 bhp 750nm with a hybrid turbo on a B8 3.0 TDI. To anybody looking for am A4 3.0 I would say try and stretch to the 240bhp if u can, much better Garret GTB turbo

Gains aren't quite as large, but you will see more power if starting with 233PS

Awesome stuff! All these massive diesel tuning numbers, have made me SERIOUSLY re-consider the fact that I used to HATE diesels.

Hi Rick,

Are these results also applicable to the B7 3.0 TDI which has 2 variants; 201 & 230 BHP ?

Not sure if the B8 and B7 share the same platform.

Reason being, I have never been interested in diesels until joining up with this forum and seeing simply SILLY results from just a Stage 1 map!

Also this vid below changed my whole world! Sounds unbelievable..

This is the B7 platform, the A5 shown above is the B8 platform. B8 platform have even better figures, we are knocking on the door of 300bhp on a Stage 1.
