What other OEM Audi seats fit our 8V?

So I have the slippery leather standard seats. I'm fairly tall 6'2 and thought the car I bought had the sport seats... long story short, it had nothing - live and learn.

Well I wanted to get the sport seats mainly for the thigh support since my legs start to ache/cramp on long drives since the seat bottom is too short. Looking around seen that someone fit RS4 wingbacks in the 8V and they were plug and play. However here in the states we never had the car so its incredibly rare to find those and the shipping not be comical.

Was looking at the A/S/RS5, A7/S7 seats on ebay and looks like most of the Audi seats are the same, but can't confirm without measuring the seat tracks. Looks like we also need a seat that has airbags in them too? Anyone know of other Audi vehicles that can be seat donor cars for additional support without breaking the bank?

I feel your pain my last 2 a4s had sports seat , I've measured my wife's a3 sport seems to be 485mm long tracks with the rear bolt set 91mm back from the end. Width to bolt centres 480mm , when the seat is forward 210mm from back of frame to back of track , 2011 a4 was the same , a4 has an airbag. Any more questions I can measure more.

Thank you @Georgeinabz for measuring! I did find some a4 seats on eBay, hopefully can find some that are local or shipping isn't too much.

Just visually looks like Audi uses pretty much all the same seats, with memory and cooling as an option. Too bad the memory is not built into the seats since the 8V does not have this much needed feature!

The height adjustment is the same about 2" , I'm 6' &the wife 5' the extendable cushion is the only way to keep us both happy ,pity you can't specify the sports seat on the new a4 se.

Funny. I have just bog standard normal (fabric) seats and they have adjustable thigh support.

Same here, and I always drive with them fully extended. I'm 5-10 and fit perfectly.

Leather is standard here in the states, actually would like those better than the leather I have.
