Not much compared to other members I guess. No engine mods for now. 20" inch OZ rims, H&R super sport springs, CF interior trims, CF mirrors, CF rear spoiler. Not sure I am done though

put on these VMR 701 19 inch wheels and tyres i bought from Shaun (Thanks Shaun) on Sunday. Drove down 300 miles for these beauties.

Wheels: VMR V701 Gunmetal Gloss Finish 8.5x19 ET45
Tyres: Vredestein Ultrac Vorti 235/35/19
The car is lowered on H&R Springs.

I had to buy some McGuard locking nuts as the standard OEM ones didn't fit due to the larger head on the locking nut adapter. but the rest of the wheel bolts are stock OEM.

Would you recommend WD-40 and a rag to clean the pipes?

Mines have been dirty for a grip, I kind of don't mind the exhaust blackness that builds on it, it shows that you drive your car well.

Now this could just be me but I see something of a contradiction in your post there buddy?!!

On the one hand you couldn't care less and on the other you wanna know if WD40 is gonna get you out of jail!! Come on man, unburden yourself after all you ain't the first on here. Truth is you've neglected them too long and now your motified they won't clean up!! Am I close?

WD40 can certainly help but it depends how far they've gone. You might need metal polishers, cape cod or possibly a priest to read em the last rights like our mate Batch!! lol

It's amazes me how people neglect their tips. Mate of mine has a Sepang S3 and he was the same until my tips put his to shame. He's as bad as me now and has invested in some tip pampering products and he can now park next to me without fear of being mocked about unhygienic tips.
