Aftermarket head unit harness/adaptors

I'm swapping to an aftermarket head unit and probably an android, I know they're maybe not the best but it does what I need for the price.
I know I'll need an adaptor with booster for the antenna to work properly but don't know what antenna connections my car will already have as I've not took my symphony unit out yet as I've got no keys for it so will it be fakra or not and if so single or double?
I'm also not sure which adaptor/harness I need for the rear speakers to work as normal?
I'm wanting to just buy these adaptors and then plug and play before anyone suggests modifying any cables etc.
My car is a 57 reg a3 s line with no Bose.
It's mashed my head looking online to try and find out so hopefully someone who has done this can point me to the right items.

This is by far the most stressful thing I've tried to find out online for my car, I know which antenna adaptor to get if I can find out which connectors for the antenna my car currently has, I'm thinking its a twin fakra connection but not sure.
As for the harness for the rear speakers nobody can give me a straight answer and I've messaged a few company's.

I had exactly the same, luckily I live 30 minutes from CAS and they had a look at my connections and gave me the right connectors within 5 minutes then wired it all for me, goodluck on the response

Right I've found what I need for if the speakers don't work.

I just need someone to tell me if my car will have dual or single fakra antenna connection?? It's a 57 reg

Do your rear speakers work as normal now they have sorted it out for you and did you have low sound on the rear speakers before you went to these guys?

Yeah, my rear speakers have always been fine before and after fitting a new headunit
