As there seems to be very few cabriolets featured here this is my contribution....
Finally picked her up after being delayed at the dealer for three weeks... One person seems to be happy
Picked it up, drove 5 miles and then jacked up the car to paint the brakes, I do hate rusty brakes
The snow is melting slowly but surely.....

Can't help but notice you got a pretty high spec A3 with some after market additions too. Out of interest why didn't you go for an s3?

Thanks Simon much appreciated, very good question but I work offshore from Aberdeen, I live in the borders and I travel back and forward to Aberdeen quite a lot during a year (440 mile round trip) so I decided to go for top spec diesel which is alot better on the mpg and wallet. I like the look of the S3 and decided to make a rep of one. I am going to be installing a DTUK stage 2 box soon after I do 2000miles so will have 250bhp and 500nm of torque so in theory shouldn't be that far away from a S3 apart from it being a diesel and 50bhp short of the standard S3 300

Just wanted to post a pic of my new A3 Sport after washing it today. Not had any detailing done yet, hopefully soon... Many on here that have an A3 seem to have SLine. For me, it was SLine for th Xenons, or Sport and Tech pack due to budget. I'd rather have the tech pack than Xenons... I also get to have blue seats! Might not be to everyone's tastes but I love them. Posted pics below as it was a real struggle to find any photos of any A3 Sport Rallye Cloth black + colour seats ( I found yellow ones that's it) so hopefully this can help others who may be interesting in speccing the black/blue Rallye cloth seats.

Well, my first attempt at a proper clean and polish went a bit pear shaped when I got called into work! Still had enough to time to finish it off, but had to rush, which is not ideal when you have a DA polisher in your hands!

Full detail last weekend. Carlack acrylic 2 stage kit & topped with Blackfire midnight sun carnuba. Does look good that Sepang but wish it was deeper and had more reflections.
