A3tfsi Quattro...I'm replacing original s line 8jx18Et46(offset) with old model Audi A3 black edition wheels as they match the car better(in my view) 7.5jx18ET54(offset). The old model wheels sit in the car too much in comparison to originals, so opted for 30mm H&R spacers all round...I worked out I had 1.5" to play with car loaded.
What do folk think of that option of 30mm(1"1/4)...too much....just right...or bring it in 10-15mm?

They are 225x40x18 width of alloy 7.5c18ET54

Looks good width wise in the arches your wheel bolts must be massive !!

I'd be looking at getting it lowered to reduce the gap to arch eyebrow unless you'll ever be fitting snow chains - they look like full winters currently fitted.

Also what tyre size ?

Try here then add the spacers after :-

Brilliant URl..it tells me The outer rim will poke out 14.4mm less than before.

I notice most people tend to go max 20mm, but most common is 15mm with regular 8jx18(46 offset)...

30mm now seems like the ideal option to compensate 7.5(54 offset).

Good result !!!!! ;o)

It is full winters for up North travelling.
But being swapped over soon. I'll wait until I fit the spacers to see how it looks/rides.
