Just wondering if anyone is running 19" alloys with the 20mm h&r springs and 15/20mm spacers.
Any problems with rubbing or anything else I should know before I go ahead with this.

The alloys will be
19x8.5
5x112
ET 48
225 or 235/35/19 tyres?

Forgot to say my car is the sportback

What car are you in? S3? If its an A3 what trim do you have? Sport/S-Line etc?

All have slightly different setups from factory! A few pictured here.

Ok. I'm currently running 18's with 15mm front 20mm rear spacers with no rubbing issues with OE wheels. There is a bit of room in the arches but the rears are smaller, I am in a hatchback though. Couple topics you can check out for some help and also a website you can use to check fitment issues prior to buying anything. Was looking for a thread titled 'Aggressive Wheel Fitment' but can't seem to find it anywhere..

Thinking about it, you may need to reduce your spacing a little bit if your using larger (wider) tyres on these wheels or look at wheels with an offset that takes this in to account to ensure you fit in the arches ok..

why do people think spacers do anything? its ridiculous. its your choice obviously but it makes zero sense

So spacers don't turn our cars into Autobots... damn what a waste of money!!!! :(

Each to their own I guess, they fill out the wheel arches nicely, improve the track / handling of the car.

Also as a little added bonus they make speed bumps a bit more comfortable (the square ones) as you tend to just go straight over them due to the wider track.

Thanks for the info.

Pointless comment about the spacers. If you sit your a3/s3 beside another one which has spacers you would see it does look better
