So drove a Giardo LP 560 on a track day today.

Fairly disappointed . Quick , but handling and brakes not that impressive. Drove a F type a couple of months ago and that was much better...

That's cool, is it based on the 8V chassis?

Yes Jag., I think it must have been an 8p as I seem to think it was a few years old.
Though did not hear any turbo rattle ;-)

Did a full day at PalmerSport last week, that's the only 'proper' driving experience where you are encouraged to go as fast as your balls will let you!
Done 3 previously - definitely recommend

This was 6th gear.
Poring with rain and lots if wet leaves ...
Made it interesting..
I will check out palmersport...

Looks very interesting and not far from me... Thanks for that

The best track day in the UK. No doubt about it.

Yep. Bloomin awesome!
Yet to get overall driver of the day, have third and second under my belt, out of 40/50 people
I did it 4 years ago. Came 2nd which I was well pleased with. At the time I had a qashqai company car and all these hero's turned up in 911's / GTR's etc. Many with their own racing shoes and helmets. They naturally looked down their noses at me being young and not having the latest posh watch like they did.

Enjoyed my moment posting quicker times than they did. Still have the memory stick with the on board footage.

They have new and improved cars now: lucky that we do it twice a year :)

Very fortunate. Have you tried Silverstone Challenge? Also very good, full f1 circuit and some decent metal. Only let down by instructors not having the "push push push" mentality of those at Bedford.

I would like to, but after Palmer I know I'd be disappointed. However; taking my car around Brands Hatch was next level

I did a Palmersport afternoon a couple of years ago and loved the Ariel Atom. I wasn't so enamoured with the Caterham because it was too small and the M3 because it wasn't a Ariel Atom.

I won driver of the day!

I can't imagine ever being disappointed driving a Lambo.
