Ideas for what my car is worth??

Hi all,

I have been thinking about selling my car on here but have no idea what it is worth, so looking for ideas from you forumites in the knowledge. Had a look around on Autotrader & Pistonheads but hardly any around with the same spec & mileage.

Spec as follows:

2009/09 B8 A4 Avant, 2.0TFSi, Quattro, S-Tronic 7 speed in red.
102k miles, FSH, oil consumption issue completed in Nov 13 and cam chain tensioner changed in March 15.
Full leather, auto boot, MMI 3G with Sat Nav, Revo Stage 1 map & BMC Panel filter, factory tints, led interior lights.
Absolutely lovely car.

Car Buying Service may as well have offered me a bag of pickled onion monster munch & peanut M&M's (their price was a bit low!!)

I think it's a slow market at the moment, there is a downturn in buying new cars, and you are running up to Christmas. So people are just not that interested + you have this vw issue at the moment which has affected their sales by almost 10%.

The other issues will be the remap & 100k miles on a petrol, not really an Issue if it was a TDi, lots of people get put off with high miles which is daft really, as the engine will be good for over 200K.

Don't think mileage and re-map would effect price that much? Mine is a 2010 with 107000 on the clock and is worth about £10500 according to whatcar, spec not quite as good as above. Thinking of changing to an S4 soon, job pending!

Yep with oil consumption fix at 98k.
