Attendee list [Aug 9, 2015] Audis in the park 2015 - AITP7 (Northampton)

do i need a club stand pass for this event , have nt got my ticket yet , was going to pay on the gate

Good question , does everyone meet up near the event in the morning ? Gonna be a big club stand 53 going so far ?
 
No you won't need a club stand pass, turn up ask for AITP then drive round to the field and look for the ASN stand, you will see the cars parked or parking up around the ASN stand.... join in.
Or come the night before and camp out with a few of us for beer and eats
 
I'm driving up night before but booked hotel cheaperr than buying a tent sleeping bag etc so just wondering if peeps meet before going in ?
 
Does anyone know if there is an official list of exhibitors for the ASN stand. As I'm worried I'll get left out?

You won't get left out mate, there's always plenty of room on asn pitch, just make sure your there on time, or earlier if you want to help set up the tent.

Have the wrist bands been sent out yet? I Paid ages ago still not got my band though
 
I'm be aiming for 8 .8:30 ,will the stand be in sections I.e s3 8p s3 8l s4 etc orall mixed up ?
 
This will probably be organised on the day by Adam, (asn Admin), if your there early you could always help put up the asn tent ect.

Yes! Just booked my pitch on Shelduck meadow 1 for Saturday night 8th August. Thought it better to come the night before as couldn't face getting up early on the Sunday. One question though, will there be anywhere to get hot food as my camping resources are limited? But beer not a problem! Lol

Nice one, yes there's a chippy on site and a few places to eat not far from Billing, also on site club but I don't know if it serves food, probably does though.
What time do you think you'll arrive, only ask as the first one there usually keeps the pitches for the others who are having a beer?

I would say probably get there about 18.00 - 19.00

Mac, same spot as last year mate, I am hoping to be there for around lunchtime, so if I'm first to arrived I'll do the same. :yes:

I will be there in the morning, but will be buying tickets on the gate.
 
I will be driving up in the morning from East Sussex should be there for lunch time so cannot help with tent,sorry.
 
Hi Sandra am I ok with mine on the stand still? I think I asked you a month or two ago.
 
I'll be coming up from Kings Lynn Bud. Hopefully as listed earlier in this thread, there will be some meet up locations on route for certain areas...

I prefer the pre face lift anyhow as j think she looks more aggressive! We also have the better intercooler over the facelift and also an aluminium sub frame!
 
Guys just a quick update, as long as you have an Audi and when you get into the area, just let them know you are on the Audi Sport stand and they will direct you to it. There isnt a pass stand as such, just let them know which stand you want to go on and you will be fine.

Just a little tip - something we all did a few years ago, some of us did name tags to put on your dash, so you/your car is identifiable by other members, as often what happens is people chat loads on the net but never meet who they are speaking to even though they are stood next to them.

I prefer the headlights on ours but I do however like the white dash lights on the facelift and the better mmi,Wagner ic going in mine next yr :)

Good idea, I'll get my Asn name and maybe a mugshot onto some paper for the dash.
 
Cracking stuff. Looking forward to this and the mrs is under strict instructions not to get sick 10 mins before we're supposed to leave this year.
