I’m guessing you know this person well @Mistress-Mk1TT, or I don’t think you’d lend them the money?

A few years back someone had the option to walk away with (lets say) more than a few thousand of mine.
They asked what’s stopping them just walking away…

I said my friendship, I said to know someone who is honest and genuine is worth more than a few thousand, I said if they walk it’s their loss not mine.
