'MyAudi' log-in problem

Have registered my new A3 saloon on 'MyAudi', however, when I try to log-in using my iPad nothing happens.

I can log-in using my computer with no problems.

Has anyone else experienced problems trying to log-in using an iPad? Is there a 'fix'?

It doesn't work o my samsung s4 either only my laptop does anyone know when you sign in how it works? I've tried but it won't let me select my car on the app

it works on my laptop with chrome browser, after clicking login. wait for a few seconds, this popup will appear saying loading your car details.

If anyone wants to use myaudi on iOS just use puffin browser app. Works well.

have you tried the App ? Search for MMI Connect in the iPhone App store
