Anybody tried these number plate lights?

iv always used ultra hids but the past year iv noticed there products have gone downhill
I bought some ba15s reverse bulbs (canbus of course) only to find there not.... so 1 week later I get sent some resistors. which don't fit as there a loom kind, and the bulb sits in the housing.. So I sent a message and they replied "you will need the clip on resistors" now there wanting me to send the other looms back and pay an extra £6 to get the new ones...

needless to say its not happening.

Now that's disappointing, I always use Ultra Hids!!!

Iv never had problems in the past, used them on all my cars, just seems im not having any luck with them this time around.

Another update. According to the manager Paul at ultra-hids they had ran out of stock of the number plate lights and had to source them from another supplier. He has asked me to send them back and he will send their one's out as they have them back in stock, and he guarantee's these one will work.
I guess I will have to wait and see, but I'm not convinced.

I understand you're sceptical after this experience, but I and a few others have had the normal stock ones for some time without a problem. If they're good to their word, and what they send second time around is the same as Macdoon and I have, then fingers crossed they'll be ok.
