Lmfao you are on a roll this morning hey!

did the VWCSA track day yesterday

after having so much crap with my car i really thought i would not have made it but got there safely and got home safely!

had over heating issues with my car thought something major went wrong but saw that the fan switch vibrated loose. Then later on in the day the clutch started to get tired and slip but only after 4 to 5 laps of pure torture, the clutch is fine now and not giving any issues! i was impressed with my suspension brakes and power my car really shinned on the day!

will post some vids just now

Dude I'm still very impressed with your car this weekend when you took me around the track... Cornered like it was on rails, braked like we were hitting a wall and the power was immense when you floored it! Really well done on a awesome build bro!

Now you just make me want coilovers, brakes and slicks and then fit my k04:(

no iv become a Glowshift Dealer in South Africa and decided to upgrade my already awesome Glowshift Gauges to the 10 series range!

the 10 series has a high and low warning indicator, peak recall, full stepper module and you can add a external warning light.

now after my last track day when i did not get enough warning that my water and oil was getting hot due to my fan switch vibrating loose i decided to add to my boost gauge and oil pressure gauge by throwing in a water and oil temp

some extras, water temp flange, oil t piece and 3 warning lights

and how many extras the boost gauge comes with

and all of this is going in lol

im not 100% finished with the install should finish up tonight then ill take some pictures.......

Woooooooooooooooooo!

We thought you'd been scared off by all the recent politics and Bullsh!t miggles!

hiiiiii nick

you know me dude i dont get involved with petty crap!

she is running very strong and constant think i might have a boost leak somewhere but its not irritating me enough to pull everything apart just yet lol

Hi Dude!

Just spent the last 2 days reading your thread, all i can say is wow! Alot of ups and downs but realy pleased that its going well now  Given me plenty of ideas and advice to do on mine. Would you say the TT gear shifter is worth getting? And is Motul 660 brake fluid really that good?

Looking forward to your next update :respekt:

Hey bud

Feel very honored that you went thru my whole thread.

The TT shifter was a slight change but nothing really worth while I'm afraid?

As for the motul 660 what an improvement over many of the fluids iv tried, I use motul now every where on my car, brakes, engine and box.

Your welcome bro was a damn good read! I will have to invest in some of that for my car now. How is the car running now all good still?

Yeah so far so good hey found a vac leak by the charcoal filter last night and I think that was my boost leak I was having, sneaky little tear in 1 of the hoses that I only found by accident. I'm really itching now to do half cage, 4 point harness and install the NOS now!

gauges fitted but going to be making a nicer a pillar to hold and angle the warning lights better!

oil pressure and boost

water temp and oil temp

the reason the oil and water temp is in the glovebox, is that i dont need to constantly need look at it. i have the warning lights on the side of the A-pillar. iv set the warnings to the temp i feel it should warn me then the puzzer will come on and the lights on the a pillar will flash

Love it! Well done my son

Given that you're clearly not a lAndAn GeezA, I'd really love to hear your best impression of one

Car's looking good miggles, do those glovebox gauges change colour? or is the green to make Yoshi feel at home when he's doing logs?
