I didn't - gutted. Like you my phone only decided to notify me about a minute before the end. Unfortunately I was only in an area with GPRS, so by the time the ebay page had loaded it had already finished.
Somebody got an absolute steal!

For all those experiencing leaky hydro mount, i went to local motor factor who looked them up and found Febi Bilstein listing them, now theyre on ebay at a really good price, link is for both sides

Asked that and he said he was told it would fit both. He's never fitted it. Asked if the part number started with 8E5 or 8E9 and he can't find the number.

Shame as I'm not driving far from him on Friday but still too far if it's not going to fit my avant!

Ask him to post up pics of the side. The bottom bit will fit either saloon or avant however top end is model sppecific.

What a muppet, you'd think after someone called him out he'd actually list them as cracked. Had a similar issue with an eBay item recently "used but excellent condition" yet it was broken, had marks all over and didn't work. Good thing about Paypal is all cash came back after returning the item and the silly seller didn't pick it up so that came back my way too which was a bonus haha.
