Cheers,all hints and tips appreciated.
They're a few years old and were taken with a Canon EOS 300D AND 70-300 Zoom.
Gave up for a few years and sold the body but kept my lenses.Missus got me a new EOS 1100D for my 40th so gradually getting back into it.Havent had the opportunity for any motorsport stuff yet.

Nice shots of the BTCC cars Mark. I think you have me on this topic. The only motorsport ones I have are from about 15-20 years ago, and I would have to find them first (five house moves across two hemispheres and back may make that task a bit harder )

Spooky, those are awesome pics, did you enjoy the atmosphere, was it really loud? Looks like the weather was really nice, im so jealous, i wanted to go but other things prevented this. Thanks for sharing though, they really are amazing pics. xx

Thank you Sandra, it was the first time for me to go watch the BTCC.

Got there on Saturday just in time so see the btcc qualifying, think the first few minutes you start to see hear and smell the cars go past, that rush of adrenaline you get but really cannot put into words, just tells you what going to see any live motosport is all about.

Yes the weather was lovely and sunny, but a shower will not have been unwelcome to spice up the action

I remember the first time i went to Silverstone to see the F1, the noise was awesome, my poor ears though. I have also went to many motgp and bsb rounds, its just such a buzz. You cant beat being there. Iirc the touring cars will be at knockhill soon, i will pop over to see them and take some pics and videos to share. Im glad you had a great weekend, i agree with the shower part, i do like a wet race to mix things up a little. x

I've always quite liked this spin recovery sequence my mrs captured down a Pembrey, I was out on track playing with the Minis at the time and no this isn't me!
